Usage of Solvent Red 111

Solvent Red 111 is a colorant, or dye which is applied in cosmetics, soaps and inks. It soluble in acetone, ethanol, cellosolve and linseed oil, slightly soluble in benzene and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in solvents Stout.

The purpose of solvents used in paints is to reduce the coatings film forming matter is viscosity, convenience of construction, in order to get uniform protective coating.
